it's never easy
to dance with the sparkle of Christ
our lives get so busy
we tend to forget our purpose in life

it's easy to forget
we're children of God
His holiness in us
can never be bought

we should live to glorify
the Name of the Most High
we are princesses of Him
this blessing money cant buy

we should be clothed in integrity
dancing with passion and poise
but dancing for the world
is the princess' wrong choice

over time i've learnt to dance
for only Him alone
the passion and gift i have
was grinded into my bones

it is who i am
its who i dance for that matters
with the sparkle of Christ in me
this dance could never have been better (:
